Why we do these and like these? Because to us these make sense, and we believe that they are the best things to do.
  1. We can easily notice those successful and respectable business giants put so much emphasis in coding and communicating their corporate values. These include their Company Vision, Mission Statements, Quality Policy, Business Principles and Work Values. Besides codifying these values in company manuals, their leaders or CEO's make themselves visible communicating and educating to share these values to their employees and partners. Communications and education are always ongoing in these companies.

  2. Why Values? Why are values so powerful to rally the whole members of an organization to achieve a common goal and with such energy and enthusiasm? However, values are powerful only if each individual is to make these values his/her own and become part of the personal values. Values must be shared from Top to Bottom of the people in the organization.

  3. What are values, and why they become very powerful once shared in the team and among teams? Values are what we individually come to understand and believe to be good that we decide in all our freedom to do and guide our actions. These are perceived truths that we come to choose to do because we choose to do. Values are the source of meaning in our personal lives. Once accepted, they become empowering to the individual members. These values have the same power in us, as our religious and culture values that continue to shape our lives. So must our corporate values to harness the power of all the individual members of our organization.
